I want to extend my appreciation for the outstanding support and excellent customer service provided by the NGDC Citrix support team from ResolveIT for a highly visible initiative requiring access to the Neptune Intelligence Computer Engineering (NICE) solution via the Enterprise Citrix Shared Desktop Solution (ECSDS). The NICE solution allows agents to monitor and support the customer’s experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM), omnichannel routing, integrated tools for customer service, marketing, chat, email, AI, etc., There were other “like” solutions underway, but deadlines became aggressive and the need for additional options arose. ResolveIT team expeditiously jumped in and provided exceptional leadership understanding the importance of this effort per FSA leadership.
